Is your voucher code a 9-digit combination of letters and numbers?
Then proceed as follows:

  • under VOUCHERS PORT DES LUMIÈRES
  • enter a 1 for GUTSCHEINTICKE
  • enter the code.
  • go to CHECK. Now it should say 0,--€.
  • click on CONTINUE.
  • select the date and time or the desired exhibition.
  • follow all further steps.

Does your voucher code start with GIFT?
Then proceed as follows:

  • Please come to the register on site and we will redeem your printed voucher into a ticket

   Sunday - Thursday: 4:45 p.m.
   Friday & Saturday: 6:45 p.m.

  • Your tickets are only valid for the exhibition, date and time slot you booked.
  • You can modify the date and/or start time of your ticket(s) at any time before your visit by clicking here.
  • When entering the exhibition, the validity of your admission ticket must be checked. A digital ticket is accepted.
  • This ticket cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded under any circumstances.

One gift card per order

  • If you have one gift card for 1 or more tickets, you can redeem it in a single order.
  • If you have multiple separate gift cards, you will need to complete the order multiple times. Only one gift card can be redeemed per oder.
