Redeem gift card

Does your voucher code start with GIFT?
Then proceed as follows:

  • Select the ticket category listed on the vouchers (regular rate, reduced rate, etc.)
  • Enter the voucher code in the field under "I have a discount code"
  • Go to CHECK. You should now see 0,--€ there. If not, check the selected categories.
  • Click on CONTINUE.
  • Select the date and time.
  • Follow all further steps.

Is your voucher code a 9-digit combination of letters and numbers?
Then proceed as follows:

  • under VOUCHERS PORT DES LUMIÈRES
  • enter a 1 for GUTSCHEINTICKET (do NOT enter a ticket category!)
  • enter the code.
  • go to CHECK. Now it should say 0,--€.
  • click on CONTINUE.
  • select the date and time or the desired exhibition.
  • follow all further steps.

One gift card per order

  • If you have one gift card for 1 or more tickets, you can redeem it in a single order.
  • If you have multiple separate gift cards, you will need to complete the order multiple times. Only one gift card can be redeemed per oder.
